Terms of Service

1. General

These terms apply to the website twin-forge.eu and the TwinForge Counter-Strike 1.6 game servers. The service is run by the TwinForge administration, contact: mihalovnikita12@gmail.com. By using the website or servers or buying services, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.
• The SteamID in your profile must be yours. It is confirmed with the /link code from the game.
• One player — one account. Selling or transferring accounts and privileges to others is prohibited.

3. Rules of conduct

The server rules apply on the servers and on the website. Prohibited: cheats and third-party software that gives an advantage, map exploits, insults, spam, advertising other projects, evading a ban or mute. For violations the administration may mute, ban or block the account, depending on the violation.

4. Paid services

• The website sells digital in-game services: VIP packs (PRO, BOSS, SUPREME), a reserved slot, a custom chat tag, clan creation and others, at the prices and for the terms shown in the shop.
• Payment is made online via Google Pay or a bank card. Card details are processed by the payment service; we do not receive them.
• The service is granted automatically to the SteamID in your profile after the payment is confirmed and lasts for the term shown in the shop (1, 7, 14, 30, 90 days or permanent), counted from the moment it is granted.
• Buying the same service again extends its term.
• Services do not give ownership of the server or of in-game items and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Administrator rights are not sold — the team is joined only through an application on the website.

5. Refunds

No refunds are provided. By buying a service you agree that it is provided immediately after payment, and you thereby waive the right to cancel the order once provision has begun. The term is not paused or moved if you do not play, are banned for breaking the rules, or the server is temporarily unavailable.

If a payment went through but the service was not granted through our fault, write to mihalovnikita12@gmail.com with the order number: we will grant the service or extend its term.

6. Bans and paid services

A ban for breaking the rules does not cancel or extend purchased services and is not a reason for a refund. An unban is a separate service reviewed manually by the administration; bans for cheating are not lifted.

7. Liability

The servers and website are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change gameplay, maps, plugins and the range of services. We are not liable for failures caused by your internet connection, game client or third-party services.

8. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. The version date is shown at the top of the page; new terms apply from publication and do not affect services already paid for.
